  • Themeda triandra returns to Wooleen Station. In 2016 Maureen Connolly camped on Wooleen Station WA.  In an attempt to rehabilitate the property which has been overgrazed for more than a hundred years, the station owners have destocked for many years apart from when they have needed to carry stock for a few months to “keep body and soul together”. Their patient efforts are being rewarded with the emergence of plants thought lost forever. However, they have been proactive regarding Themeda triandra. The above link is to an article copied from Wooleen’s newsletter.  (Maureen Connolly) Added 07 January 2018
