Welcome to Forest 20
Welcome to Forest 20

Jane, President of STEP, will trace the story, with its ups and downs, of Forest 20 at the National Arboretum Canberra and outline the strategy for the next 10 years.

Abstract
It is 15 years since the first trees were planted for the Southern Tablelands Regional Botanic Garden, located at Forest 20, National Arboretum Canberra. Over this time STEP volunteers have seen several 'ups and downs’ but have maintained their focus on developing an educational and visitor focussed resource. This talk will trace the story of Forest 20 and outline the strategy for the next 10 years.
