Brian and Michael will describe their forays into the wilder parts of the Greater Blue Mountains National Parks. Along with learning about historic map makers and the origins of geographical names, abseiling, pack walking and canyoning add to the diversity of places to be visited and experiences to enjoy. Brian Fox and Michael Keats jointly published “The Gardens of Stone National Park and beyond”, Books 1 to 6, 2011 to 2015. |

“Exposed” is the title for the 2017 annual exhibition of the Friends Photographic Group. It will be on show in the Visitors Information Centre gallery from Thursday 5 October to Sunday 22 October 2017, coinciding with the Guides Conference and Floriade. The exhibition will comprise framed works, unframed mounted prints, cards and bookmarks. These will all be for sale, with a percentage of sales going to support the Friends. A photo slide show will also be installed in the exhibition space. |
