Invitation to Friends to view ‘Mangroves: Tales from the Tides’

We have received an email from Questacon inviting our volunteers and members to a free viewing and presentation of the Mangroves: Tales from the Tide exhibition, a creative science-art collaboration at Questacon. Mangroves – Tales from the Tide | questacon

The exhibition features detailed works from Darwin-based textile artists, and celebrates the diversity, beauty and importance of mangrove environments. You will discover the incredible ways these coastal forests have adapted to flourish with the changing tides and appreciate their remarkable ability to store carbon and protect our coastlines from erosion.

Time: 8am – 9am
Cost: Free entry to view the exhibition, includes a short presentation by the Questacon Concepts Team
