Karen discusses what happens to our perception of connectivity when we experience the landscape as a juxtaposition of present day, historical and ancient environments.

Dr Karen Williams is an independent scholar (PhD in Education from the University of Canberra (2012)), author and artist, interpreting the landscape as a creative space of social, cultural and environmental interaction. Karen’s focus on the Canberra/Queanbeyan region is influenced by research based on her longstanding working relationship with the Ngunawal Aboriginal community
