Rosemary will talk about her Larapinta Trail walk – end to end - in July 2017, and the plants and stunning landscape en route.

This is a repeat presentation - Rosemary's talk on 8 February attracted many more people than the Theatrette could hold, and she has kindly agreed to speak again for those who missed out.

In July 2017 Rosemary walked the Larapinta Trail end to end, starting from the old Telegraph Station near Alice Springs and finishing at Mt Sonder in the Western MacDonnell Ranges. Join her to see the plants and stunning landscapes she encountered en route.

Rosemary is a botanist with a predilection for arid environments. She has travelled extensively in Australia, collecting over 10,000 plant specimens that are lodged in the national and state herbaria, where they help contribute to scientific knowledge about Australian plants.
