Growing Friends Autumn 2026 Native Plant Sale

The weather was perfect for the plant sale on Saturday 14 March which turned out to be the most successful sale the Growing Friends had ever held. Large numbers of people had queued before opening to ensure that they were able to buy their “wishlist” plants. Despite the challenging summer, there was a wide selection of plants which were healthy, well established and ready for planting.

As in previous years, almost all plants were sold within 30 minutes and the various species of Telopea were particularly popular. Over 1500 plants were taken home by happy customers, and around $9,800 was raised which will be used to support projects around the Gardens.
