Edwina will give a presentation on the design and construction of the wetlands in the Sullivans Creek Catchment and Gungahlin. Edwina is the Urban Waterways Coordinator with the ACT Government Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate. She has worked closely over the last three years with engineers, landscape architects, civil construction companies and the community in order to develop the wetlands. She is passionate about creating ‘natural wetlands’ in the suburbs and the opportunities they provide for the community. Edwina is a landscape architect with a strong interest in ecology and creating sustainable landscapes and buildings.
