Professor Nerilie Abram ‘Australia’s black summer and the connection to human-caused climate change’
Biography
Professor Nerilie Abram is a Future Fellow at the ANU Research School of Earth Sciences, and a Chief Investigator for the ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate Extremes. Nerilie’s research focuses on studying climate changes over the last 1,000 years, using a variety of methods including the chemical analysis of Antarctic ice cores and tropical reef corals, and global climate models.
