Celebrate Botanic Gardens Week – 18 to 24 May

There’s lots to see and do at the Gardens this May.

Botanic Gardens Week runs from the 18th to the 24th May. This year’s theme is Where Your Health Grows highlighting how botanic gardens strengthen mental, physical, and social wellbeing, connect communities, and provide spaces to rest, move, and reconnect with nature.

The Friends invite everyone to enjoy one or more activities offered by our volunteers and members of the Friends to celebrate Botanic Gardens Week 2026. Please book ahead if possible so we can provide enough mentors and guides.
