Student Photographic Competition winners

On Saturday 28 September the awardees at the Student Photography Competition received their prizes and certificates from Neville Page, the President of the Friends of the ANBG, and Dr Rebecca Pirzl, Branch Head Science and the ANBG, Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water at the Gardens. Their photos were taken within the beautiful Gardens and are now on display in the Banksia Garden. They can also be viewed on the Competition's page on this website.

Hosted by the Friends of the Australian Botanic Gardens, the competition is held annually for students at all Australian schools and colleges. First prize winners also won an Australian native plant for the garden at their school or college.

All 205 photographs entered into the Competition are now being shown on the video wall in the foyer of the ANBG Theatrette.
